Welcome!
Working closely with our colleagues in schools, in the private sector and in government, the New Mexico Public School Facilities Authority is committed to developing better methods for providing safe, high-performance school facilities to all of New Mexico's communities, via efficient, effective and fair use of public funds.
PSFA generates a wide range of performance benchmarks, compares its performance to national best in class metrics from both the public and private sectors, and was the only state agency in 2010 to achieve Roadrunner recognition for best practices in management---New Mexico's second highest performance excellence award.

PSFA is committed to results-driven project management, and to fairness, responsiveness, transparency and accountability. To our partners and stakeholders, if in any way PSFA is not living up to this commitment, please contact us directly and we will see to an immediate solution.
